I want to give people joy by connecting them with nature and the inner self through movement of the body together with the elements.
How would you ask?
I do this with the practice of yoga, mindfulness, different sorts of water & outdoor sports.
By experiencing my classes people can make these beautiful connections. I teach all sorts of groups and individuals in a safe space where awareness and connection are the focus points.

I’m a certified all round outdoor sports- kitesurf- yoga & mindfulness instructor.
Experienced as a surf camp manager, surf skater & snowboarder.
Besides that, I am energetic, optimistic, I love to move, create and discover, especially outdoors! 
I like to be helpful, inspiring and enthusiastic about passing on my experiences to others.
