I am Gratsie and I teach classical Hatha at AtelierZen. My sessions blend classical yogic techniques with a twist of modern functional movement and flow at a slow pace with each pose being held for 5-10 breaths.
Everyone is welcome to join my sessions - from complete beginners to advanced practitioners - I guide everyone through options to ensure you get what you need and benefit from.
I started yoga out of curiosity a deacde ago and haven't looked back since. Yoga has helped me through tough times and helps me find balance in everyday life.
In 2019 I completed my teacher training in India. Ever since I have been teaching and deepening my understanding of movement in its various forms.
