Simona is a Movement Therapist and Movement Educator, certified in GYROTONIC®️ and GYROKINESIS®️. She graduated from the National Academy of Dance in Rome.
Posture is not a fixed position to hold. It is a dynamic balance that changes as we move. This idea is at the heart of Simona’s systemic approach. She observes how your body organizes itself in motion: how your spine, breath, senses and coordination work together, and how one part of the body influences another.
