Holosomatic Bodywork is a body-based practice bringing together connected breathwork, somatic exploration, movement, sound and stillness. During these 75-minute sessions, we explore the relationship between breath, body and nervous system — moving gradually between activation and settling, while staying connected to your own capacity and pace.

What you may experience:
✨ Grounding and nervous system regulation practices
✨ Connected breathwork
✨ Greater awareness of your body's signals and needs
✨ Gentle or more expressive movement and somatic exploration
✨ Sound, stillness and space for integration
✨ A growing sense of presence, connection and self-trust

Each session is different, and you are always invited to listen to your body and choose how deeply you participate. There is no expectation to experience or achieve anything in particular.
No previous experience is needed. You are warmly welcome exactly as you are.

Connected breathwork can be physically and emotionally activating, and your well-being is our priority. Contraindications: You will not be able to participate if any of the following apply to you:
* Epilepsy * Retinal detachment or glaucoma * Uncontrolled high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease * History of stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), seizures, or other neurological conditions * Personal or family history of aneurysms * Use of prescription anticoagulants * Acute somatic or viral illness * Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD II–III) * Chronic diseases in decompensation or terminal stage * Intolerance to oxygen deficiency * Cancer * Impulse control disorders * Pregnancy.

Participation is also not allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol, psychedelics or recreational drugs, or if you have been fasting for more than 48 hours.
