Our Full Flow Yoga Takes its inspiration and core from the Ashtanga Yoga tradition (Pattabhis Jois, Founder). This style relies more on synchronized breathing with each movement to produce beautiful, flowing patterns of motion and energy. Full Flow techniques tend to be more vigorous than Slow Flow, and we generally recommend that students are capable of enduring a higher rate of physical activity in this class. White both Slow and Full Flow have a foundation in Sun Salutations, Full Flow is often considered the “most athletic style” of yoga. At first, the class might feel more like a workout, but eventually, not only will the body have slowed and calmed itself, but so will the breath, heart, and mind.
This full practice of yoga is appropriate for students who have prior experience in yoga asana (movement and poses).

Description
Kundalini Yoga (Kuṇḍalinī-Yoga) is a deeply spiritual practice rooted in the yogic and tantric traditions of Hinduism. It centers on awakening kundalini energy, symbolized as a serpent coiled at the base of the spine in the root chakra. Through practices like pranayama (breathwork), movement, meditation, and mantra chanting, this energy is guided upward through the chakras, culminating in the crown chakra at the top of the head.
This journey represents the union of Shiva and Shakti, leading to the blissful state of samadhi—a profound experience of spiritual awakening and self-realization. Kundalini Yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels, offering a pathway to enhanced awareness, inner peace, and a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
Come prepared to explore this transformative practice and tap into your limitless potential.

As the seasons shift, we invite you to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect within. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that brings the body into profound relaxation while keeping the mind gently aware.
In this practice, Theresa will guide you through breath, body awareness, and visualization techniques that soothe the nervous system, support restful sleep, and restore balance during the cooler, quieter months.
✨ Offered seasonally through April on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, this class is the perfect way to ground, release stress, and nourish yourself from the inside out.
All are welcome—no experience necessary. Just bring your mat, a cozy blanket, and an open heart. 💫

Mechanics of Yoga Movement
This class focuses on the how and why behind each movement, helping you build a deeper understanding of your body in practice. Rather than moving quickly from pose to pose, we slow things down to explore alignment, muscle engagement, joint stability, and functional movement patterns.
You’ll learn how to move with intention—understanding where strength is needed, where to soften, and how to create balance within each posture. Through guided breakdowns, mindful transitions, and breath awareness, you’ll develop greater body awareness, prevent injury, and improve overall efficiency in your practice.
Perfect for all levels, this approach empowers you to move smarter, feel stronger, and carry these principles both on and off the mat 🤍
