I’m DaLisa, an RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, fur mama and people person. My wellness journey started in my 20’s, overworked and burnt out from the retail industry. It all began when I became aware that even though all my issues were “normal” they didn’t have to be my reality. My nervous system needed a reset and finding yoga changed my life. I am a veteran 200-RYT of Ganesha’s Yoga & Wellness Academy in 2017 and a 600 hr certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, specializing in women’s health from the Shakti School of Ayurveda.
I founded Blooming Luna Wellness in 2021 in my mission to educate, empower & support women on their life-long wellness journey. By reconnecting to our natural rhythms through yoga, breathwork, daily practices, movement & self care we can tap into the body’s inner wisdom and restore balance in our nervous system, digestion, sleep, and mental health. With a background in events management - I love hosting yoga festivals, retreats, workshops, and trainings with people of all ages and life-stages.
Classes I love teaching: Slow Flow, Grounded Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, as well as Ayurvedic Wellness Workshops & Women's Circles.

I’m a wife and mother of 3 high energy kiddos, two boys and a girl. I began practicing yoga 11 years ago right before I became pregnant with my daughter. I 100% believe yoga helped me have an easy pregnancy and delivery not once, but twice. I received my yoga certification in 2019 with a background in Hatha and Ashtanga. Yoga keeps me grounded and allows the peace from above to enter. Outside of yoga I enjoy the beach, working within the furniture industry, traveling, and listening to live music. I love to be in nature and around animals along with meeting new and interesting people! Yoga has been my go to when the winds of change take place or when I simply need a quiet moment to breathe. Shanti Shanti Shanti

Description
We will practice an easy set of movement that is particularly effective in lymphatic flow. Having a strong lymphatic flow is important for maintaining a healthy immune system and a healthy sense of well-being.
The class will use slow rhythmic movements that stimulate lymphatic circulation. This system relies on physical activity to move lymph fluid through our body. Deep breathing is used to create the right amount of pressure in the stomach area and chest helps to facilitate stuck physical and emotional energy to move out of our bodies.
Often the stuck energy is from suppressed stress, anxiety and fears we store in our body as we move throughout the day.
Participants typically walk away feeling emotionally balanced and relaxed physically and mentally.

Description
Spice meets sugar in this perfectly balanced class. We begin with 30 minutes of energizing, breath-guided flow (Yang) to build warmth, awaken the body, and move stagnant energy. Then we shift into 30 minutes of grounding Yin, slowing down with longer-held, gentle stretches designed to release tension, nourish the connective tissues, and invite deep relaxation.
Come for the movement, stay for the melt. ✨
Leave feeling both energized and deeply restored.
