Möt Maria och dottern Nike, 7 år, i en lekfull klass där vuxen och barn får en ovärderlig stund tillsammans. Tillsammans utforskar vi yogan genom tekniker i acroyoga, massage och sköna avslappningar. Om vi har spring i benen gör vi roliga yogaövningar med kropparna, och när energin känns lugn tar vi vara på stunden till stillhet.

Standing and seated positions in a focused and calm flow.
A gentle warm-up is followed by a sequence of sun salutations interspersed with standing poses (varies from class to class) to train strength, flexibility and balance.
You do everything based on your own ability and are guided to modifications if necessary. The focus in this class is on length and strength, on creating greater body and breath awareness and coming home to our most peaceful self. Bianca draws on her 10+ years working with real womens’ bodies to both challenge and inspire you!
This beginner-intermediate level mat class will:

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. The emphasis is on finding stillness and surrendering into the poses to allow gentle tension and compression of the tissues. Yin Yoga cultivates mindfulness, flexibility, and an opportunity for deep introspection. Energetic effects: focuses on stimulating the flow of energy (known as prana or chi) through the body's meridian lines, promoting balance and harmony.

Qi Gong means Energy Cultivation.
