Our goal in these classes is to relax and restore. We often live at a busy, fast pace and don't usually get the time to just be in our bodies. This wonderful mix of yin and restorative yoga guides you to find space in the body where there once wasn't any and helps you to calm the nervous system leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Bringing life into the world has got to be one of the most emotionally charged experience that a woman can have and it starts the minute you see those two lines. It's mind blowing. So much to consider and decision making right from the get go.
At the hut Ashley teaches pregnancy yoga every Thursday evening at 7.30pm for those who are 13 weeks onwards, post first scan.
Feeling a little overwhelmed by coming along for the first time? Don't worry it's a small intimate group and Ashley is a wonderful teacher who is trained in midwifery, yoga and is also a doula. You are in safe hands.
