Description
If your body’s feeling a bit stiff, your back’s a bit cranky, or you’ve been doing a bit too much sitting (or not enough moving), this is a good place to start.
Gentle Flow is a slower-paced class where we move through simple, easy-to-follow shapes, with plenty of time to get in, get comfortable, and not feel rushed. No pressure to keep up, no fancy moves, just a chance to move your body in a way that actually feels good.
You don’t need to be flexible or know what you’re doing. This class is designed to help you loosen up, stretch out, and take a bit of pressure off.
It’s a great option if you’re new, getting back into it, or just not in the mood for anything too full-on.
Expect a few good stretches, some gentle movement, and to walk out feeling looser, lighter, and a little more like yourself again.

Description
If you’re feeling tight but also a bit worn out, like you need to move and slow down, this class gives you both.
Flow + Restore starts with some gentle, steady movement to help you loosen up, stretch out, and get things moving again. Nothing too fast or over the top, just enough to take the edge off that stiffness.
Then we slow it right down. The second half of the class is all about longer, supported shapes where you can settle in, release tension, and properly relax.
It’s a good option if you’re not sure whether you need a workout or a lie down… you’ll get a bit of both.
Expect some movement, some stillness, and to walk out feeling looser, calmer, and more at ease in your body.

Description
If you’re feeling tight, worn out, or like your body just needs a proper stretch and a bit of quiet, this class is a good place to land.
Yin is a slow, floor-based practice where we hold gentle shapes for a little longer, giving your body time to release tension, especially through the hips, back, and shoulders. It’s not about pushing or forcing anything, it’s more about settling in and letting the stretch do its thing.
Everything is supported with props, so you can get comfortable and not feel like you have to hold yourself up the whole time.
It’s a great option if you’re feeling run down, your mind’s been busy, or you just need a bit of space to slow things down.
Expect long, easy stretches, a quieter pace, and to walk out feeling more open, more settled, and like you’ve had a proper reset.

The Thursday Reset. | Recovery Yoga

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Cynthia Levin
Description
If your body’s feeling tight, stiff, or like it’s taking a bit longer to bounce back these days, this class is for you.
Recovery Yoga is designed to help you move better and feel better, focusing on easing out tight hips, stiff backs, heavy legs, and overworked shoulders. We use simple, supported movement and breath to help release tension and give your body a bit of a reset.
It’s not a general flow class. It’s slower, more focused, and all about helping your body recover from long days, physical work, training, or just the wear and tear of everyday life.
You’ll be guided the whole way, with time to move properly and not feel rushed or pushed.
It’s a great option if you’re working long hours, sitting a lot, training hard, or just noticing your body isn’t quite as forgiving as it used to be.
Expect to walk out feeling looser, more supported in your body, and moving a bit more freely.
The Thursday Reset. full experience
If your week’s caught up with you and you’re feeling it in your body or your head, this is your chance to hit pause and reset.
The Thursday Reset is a combination of Recovery Yoga and the Sound Lounge, designed to give you a proper break at the end of the week.
We start with slow, supported movement to help you loosen up, release tension, and take the edge off. Nothing rushed, nothing over the top, just space to move and breathe again.
From there, you’ll settle in for the Sound Lounge, where you can lie back, switch off, and be guided into deep rest through sound and stillness.
Together, it’s a couple of hours where you don’t need to do anything for anyone else.
You’re welcome to attend either class on its own, but this is the full experience, and where the real reset happens.
It’s a good one if you’ve been flat out, running on empty, or just need some time that’s actually yours.
Expect to walk out feeling looser, quieter in your mind, and like you’ve finally had a proper break.
If you’re wanting the full Thursday Reset. experience, including the Sound Lounge, make sure to also book into The Deep Rest Sound Lounge. Booking both classes saves you $10.

Feeling wired, exhausted, or like your brain just won’t switch off?
This guided Yoga Nidra session is your chance to properly slow things down, without needing to move or “do” anything. You’ll be lying down the whole time, guided through simple breath awareness and relaxation that helps your body settle and your mind finally get a break.
It’s that in-between state where you’re not quite asleep, not fully awake, and it’s where your body can actually start to reset. Great if you’re feeling overwhelmed, run down, or just need a solid rest that actually makes a difference.
No experience needed. Just come in, get comfortable, and let the practice meet you where you’re at.
You’ll leave feeling more rested, clearer in the head, and a bit more like yourself again.

Description
If your body’s feeling a bit worked over from the week, tight, sore, or just not moving as well as it should, this is your chance to sort it out.
Move & Recover is a full-body class that helps you loosen up, build strength where you need it, and move a bit more freely again. We work through simple, functional movements, some strength, some balance, and plenty of stretching to take the edge off tight hips, shoulders, and backs.
It’s a bit more active than some of the other classes, but it’s not about smashing yourself. It’s about moving with purpose and giving your body what it actually needs.
Strong and steady, with time to reset as you go.
It’s a great option if you’ve been training, working long hours, sitting too much, or just noticing your body’s a bit slower to bounce back these days.
Expect to feel worked, stretched, and to walk out feeling stronger, looser, and more put back together.

Our mission is simple.
To create a calm corner, where you can slow down, take a breath, feel supported and not judged. No pressure, no expectations, just a place where you can be you.
Description
If you’re heading into a new week already feeling a bit tired, tight, or like you haven’t really slowed down, this is your chance to properly unwind.
Yin + Reiki Restore is a slow, floor-based class where you’ll settle into long, supported stretches, giving your body time to release tension through the hips, back, and shoulders.
While you rest in each shape, gentle Reiki is offered to support relaxation and help you settle more deeply. It’s a light, hands-on or hands-near form of energy work, but there’s nothing you need to do or believe in, you can just lie back and relax.
It’s a good option if your mind’s been busy, your body’s feeling worn out, or you just need some quiet time before the week begins.
Expect long, easy stretches, plenty of stillness, and to walk out feeling softer, calmer, and more settled in yourself.

Description
If you’ve ever tried to sit still and “clear your mind” and thought… yeah, not happening, this is a different way in.
This class uses a simple form of meditation called Japa, where you gently repeat a word or sound while moving through a set of beads. It gives your mind something to focus on, which actually makes it easier to settle.
There’s a soft, rhythmic feel to it, almost like a quiet kind of singing, and you might be surprised how quickly it helps you switch off from the noise of the day.
We’ll begin with guided repetition using the beads, then move into a short period of stillness so you can rest in the quiet that follows.
No experience needed, and no pressure to “get it right”. You can sit on the floor or a chair, whatever feels more comfortable.
If you don’t have your own beads, there are some available to use, and you’re welcome to grab a set if you end up loving the practice.
It’s a great option if your mind’s always on the go, you’ve struggled with meditation before, or you just want a different way to slow things down.
