This class compliments the other yoga classes and has been added to the schedule due to it's popularity.
Following a specific sequence of 12 key postures, this class focuses on "being" in the postures, rather than a lot of "flow" between the poses. Variations of the keys postures add variety and adaptability.
Pranayama (breathing techniques) + either relaxation or meditation will be led in these sessions
Inversions are practiced (gentler alternatives are also offered)
Ideally you'll be familiar with the basics
Beginners to more advancing practitioners will benefit and enjoy these sessions
Expertise is certainly not required.

Complete Beginners will benefit from an "un-rushed" pace, with time to safely get into & out of simplified variations of the Yoga Postures.
More experienced practitioners will experience a "stronger practice" with longer holds.
In these uncomplicated sessions, we build up towards a flowing yoga practice, where aligning breath & intention with movement, makes a meditative, full body practice possible.
Perfect for those wanting to feel their way physically & mindfully into their practice

DIRECTIONS: There are entrances on St Claire Drive, Sparrow Farm Road, Sandringham Road & Bridgewood Road, follow the main path we are positioned in the centre of the park.
If you are parking or walking through the car park entrance on Sandringham Road KT4 8XW follow the path, up the hill... First you'll pass the playground and then the outdoor gym equipment on your left... keep walking up.
If you are walking from 51 Sparrow Farm Road, Epsom KT17 2LR, follow down the path.
You'll see a quiet clearing where the ground levels out, and 3 trees grouped together.
Part sun & part shade. That's where we'll be ;-)
