Noa Rotte

Vinyasa means movement with awareness and connected to the breath.
In a world where performance is most important, my class is a space to reconnect with yourself and quit performing. A moment to slow down, breathe and feel
Through a meditation at the start we leave the day behind and arrive fully at the mat. Starting at a slow and mindful pace, we flow through a sequence that builds up each round.
For all levels, no experience needed.
This class will be taught in English or Dutch, depending on the participants.

Liefs, Elke

A journey into stillness, presence and inner knowing.
Alles is energie.

Begin your day by slowing down. This gentle yet profound Yin Yoga class invites you to soften, release, and fully surrender into each posture. By staying longer in the poses, your connective tissues are given space to open and renew. You’ll stimulate the body’s energy channels (meridians), enhance mobility, and learn to rest in stillness - even when discomfort arises.
We close the session with a nourishing final relaxation (Savasana), allowing body and mind to deeply integrate the practice. A deeply calming experience that leaves you feeling spacious, grounded, and serene.
This class will be taught in Dutch or English, depending on the participants.

Femme Harinck

diepgang. Je bent van harte welkom

Sinem Kural
Sinem is a certified somatic practitioner and founder of Gradiva Space. After nearly two decades in the corporate world, her own experience of stress and change led her to explore what happens when we work with the body, rather than trying to understand everything through the mind. Her sessions combine somatic bodywork, breath, movement and nervous system practices. She works with people who are used to carrying a lot, helping them notice the patterns held in the body and build more capacity, choice and trust in how they meet everyday life.
At Atelier Zen, she facilitates Holosomatic Bodywork sessions.

Step into a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Holosomatic Bodywork is a body-based practice bringing together connected breathwork, somatic exploration, movement, sound and stillness. During these 75-minute sessions, we explore the relationship between breath, body and nervous system — moving gradually between activation and settling, while staying connected to your own capacity and pace.
What you may experience:
✨ Grounding and nervous system regulation practices
✨ Connected breathwork
✨ Greater awareness of your body's signals and needs
✨ Gentle or more expressive movement and somatic exploration
✨ Sound, stillness and space for integration
✨ A growing sense of presence, connection and self-trust
Each session is different, and you are always invited to listen to your body and choose how deeply you participate. There is no expectation to experience or achieve anything in particular.
No previous experience is needed. You are warmly welcome exactly as you are.
Important Information: For your safety, please read the following information carefully before booking. Connected breathwork can be physically and emotionally activating, and your well-being is our priority. Contraindications: You will not be able to participate if any of the following apply to you:

Participation is also not allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol, psychedelics or recreational drugs, or if you have been fasting for more than 48 hours.
Responsibility & Consent: By booking and participating in this session, you confirm that you have read and understood the contraindications above and that none apply to you. You take responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental well-being during the session and agree to communicate any discomfort or concern to the facilitator. Recovery - Mobility, Breathwork & Relaxation
This class will be taught in Dutch or English, depending on the participants.

Andrea Sesana
My name is Andrea.
Ever since I can remember, I have been drawn to questions that lead to a deeper understanding of myself. This interest stems from a desire to understand my place in the world, not from the frameworks imposed on me by others or society, but from my own inner perspective.
For years, I approached this quest in an analytical and rational way, until I came into contact with yoga. Yoga opened up a completely new approach to getting to know myself, and I found that incredibly inspiring.
For me, yoga brings life to life. I see asana yoga as a way to explore our own home – our body – and learn to listen to what it tells us. I see breathing exercises and pranayama as the gateway to our nervous system and understanding our emotions and feelings. And I see meditation as a moment to really ‘come home’, to get to know yourself from the inside out, instead of the other way around. I also bring this approach to my classes. In this way, there is space for each person to choose what resonates the most at that moment when they step onto the mat.

Gentle yoga
This class is a gentle vinyasa flow, where movement is used as a way to connect to the body and the breath leads the way to bring more intention and presence to our minds. This is a slow-paced class that combines dynamic and static poses. The dynamic poses are used to open up the body, release tension, and create a deep connection of breath to movement. They aim at increasing flexibility in a gentle, but powerful way. The static poses are more an invitation to find stillness by feeling the sensations that arise in the body. They allow to turn the attention more inwards and create this deeper cultivation of awareness. No experience with yoga, breathwork, or meditation is required, it is accessible to all levels.
This class will be taught in English.

Meet Simona Aprea✨
Simona is a Movement Therapist and Movement Educator, certified in GYROTONIC®️ and GYROKINESIS®️. She graduated from the National Academy of Dance in Rome.
Posture is not a fixed position to hold. It is a dynamic balance that changes as we move. This idea is at the heart of Simona’s systemic approach. She observes how your body organizes itself in motion: how your spine, breath, senses and coordination work together, and how one part of the body influences another.

Through fluid movement, rhythm and breath, you can explore the biomechanics of your own body while developing mobility, coordination, awareness and functional strength.
If you feel stiffness or tension, want to improve your mobility and balance, or simply wish to feel more connected to your body, this practice gives you space to explore. You don’t need previous experience or a “perfect” posture. You can begin with the body you have today.
GYROKINESIS®️Is the method.

Denise Ermes

A gentle class that blends opening Yin Yoga with the deep, restorative stillness of Yoga Nidra. We begin with long-held yin poses to release tension and invite spaciousness in the body. The practice ends with a guided nidra journey, allowing you to drop into profound rest, reset your nervous system, and return to yourself with clarity and ease.
Suitable for all levels.

I love to teach Yoga because it gives me a sense of peace of mind and a grounding feeling.
Yoga is much more than the poses; it’s the tool to move consciously, empty your mind and fill your soul with positive energy, and that’s what I like to transmit in my classes.
I love Bananasana (and any pose that opens your heart). You can expect a lot of those in my classes!
And I love to see the yogis leaving the classroom with a smile.

This slow yin yoga class will get you ready for the weekend by helping you create space and release all the unnecessary baggage we carry within ourselves. Holding the poses, breathing deeply and the short meditations at the end of the class will help you to step out the class with a renewed and fresh perspective.
