Series van asana's(yogahoudingen) worden in een doorgaande flow uitgevoerd. Dynamisch, krachtig, soms uitdagend en uitgevoerd op het ritme van de adem. De bewegingen gaan vloeiend in elkaar over. De synchronisatie van adem en beweging -karakteristiek voor deze yogavorm- heet Vinyasa en creëert een flow: zo wordt je yogabeoefening ook gelijk een meditatie in beweging. Je leert ontspanning in je inspanning te vinden en te bewegen vanuit een krachtige basis.
Bevordert de circulatie, versterkt en versoepelt de spieren. Je lichaam wordt soepel en sterk en je geest komt tot rust. Warmte en energie worden opgewekt en spieren en organen ontgift. In tegenstelling tot hot/bikram yoga wordt de hitte van binnenuit gecreëerd. Na de les voel je je energiek en kalm. Meditatie en savasana (eindontspanning) zijn vaste lesonderdelen. In de avonden zorgen we voor een goede afbouw zodat je lekker rustig slaapt.
Voor de lessen Vinyasa Flow adviseren we je een goede fysieke conditie en minimaal een half jaar yoga-ervaring.

Series of asanas (yoga postures) are performed in a continuous flow. Dynamic, powerful, sometimes challenging and executed to the beat of the breath. The movements merge smoothly. The synchronization of breath and movement - characteristic of this form of yoga - is called Vinyasa and creates a flow: this way your yoga practice also becomes a meditation in movement. You learn to find relaxation in your effort and to move from a powerful base.
Promotes circulation, strengthens and relaxes muscles. Your body becomes supple and strong and your mind comes to rest. Heat and energy are generated and muscles and organs are detoxified. In contrast to hot / bikram yoga, the heat is created from within. After class you feel energetic and calm. Meditation and savasana (final relaxation) are fixed parts of the lesson. In the evenings we ensure a good reduction so that you can sleep peacefully.
For the Vinyasa Flow classes, we recommend a good physical condition and at least half a year of yoga experience.
These lessons are only English or a mix NL / English when there are English speakers in the lesson.
