HIIT Yoga 結合高強度間歇訓練（HIIT）與瑜伽動作，透過有節奏的爆發性練習與伸展流動，在短時間內有效提升心肺功能、燃燒脂肪，同時增強核心力量與柔軟度。課堂節奏明快，動作設計兼顧力量、平衡與放鬆，讓你在流汗後，仍能找回身心的穩定與專注。適合想提升體能、釋放壓力、並追求高效率運動效果的學員。

長時間保持坐姿的現代生活容易使身體僵硬。柔軟有彈性的髖關節及腿後肌可以帶來更靈敏的身體並改善血液循環。這課堂以伸展下半身為主，深層針對臀部、雙腿肌肉，以至腳跟，練習如何適度地開展髖部關節與伸展腿后肌，維持良好的活動度與彈性，減輕肌肉繃緊。

利用輔助工具幫助舒緩肌肉痠痛及勞損，有助舒緩積累的疲憊。練習可增強脊椎的柔韌度及活化僵硬的關節及筋腱，舒緩常見的肩頸痛、腰背痛、關節僵硬等都市病。

課堂會利用懸垂的絹布以空中動作配合音樂串連成舞蹈，透過練習空中旋轉舞有助鍛鍊核心肌群，也能改善身體的延展性、柔軟度與平衡感，有助提升新陳代謝。

***不建議患有高低血壓、心臟病、青光眼、腎上腺、耳水不平衡人士和孕婦參與此課堂。

手平衡是瑜伽練習中不可或缺的重要環節，也是邁向高階的必經之路。許多體式如烏鴉式（Crow Pose）、八角式（Eight Angle Pose）、草蜢式（Grasshopper Pose）都依賴手臂力量，而倒立更是手平衡的基礎功，絕對不能忽視。完成手平衡需結合手臂力量、核心穩定、呼吸與伸展。

Hand balances are an essential part of yoga practice and a key step toward advanced poses.
