Hot or Not Yoga is the name as an option to use a space heater while practicing yoga for a feel of "Hot Yoga" directly at home. If you decide to use a space heater for class, I recommend you place the heater a few feet away from your mat about 15 - 20 mins before class. As another option, if you have a humidifier, you can use that as well to create excellent humidity in your room for that detoxifying feel. All this is simply an option and you can just practice class without it.

Power Flow is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.
