A couple of hours focusing on a full body mobility, strength and flexibility.

Yoga poses to improve core strength, hip flexibility and adding balancing poses to create a strong balanced body. Focus will also include on inner thighs, IT band and hamstrings.

This workshop will be in slow paced and all levels are welcome even with no yoga experience.

Prepare yoga mat, 2 cushions, 2 yoga blocks ( or, hard cover books ) for a support.

This will be Alignment-based class to prepare your body for Urdhva Dhanurasana ( Wheel pose ). Sequences to create a strength and space in the upper body and preparatory pose - Bhujangasana ( Cobra pose ), Virasana, Upward Facing Dog and Bridge Pose.

If Wheel pose is not in your practice, do not worry. We will use a support that will help to support any body. Please get ready a chair and 2x blocks, 2x blankets and 1x cushion.
