Spring is the time of year when new life starts to bloom. Equinox (when daylight and night are equal) represents a wonderful opportunity to mark the changing of the seasons and to welcome in this new energy in our own lives.
This is a time, alive with activity and movement; when the seeds we have sown over the winter start to peak above the earth.
This workshop is an opportunity to touch in and see how you wish to cultivate this energy in your own life.
Our yoga practice will be themed around these ideas. It's a chance to see how you embody this energy, how it feels and presents in your life.
We then take time to contemplate, reflect and set intentions for the season to come.
There's usually a little crafty/creative activity too - yay!
These are very special workshops. There are only 10 spaces available - join us, and start living less out of habit and more out of intent.
Please bring a little notebook and pen to write down your intentions.
