This class is a complete practice involving pranayama (breathing), sun salutations, asana (postures) and savasana (relaxation).
We'll follow a set sequence (the Sivananda sequence) doing the same poses each week so that you can build familiarity with each pose and see the difference in your practice from month to month.
This class is suitable for all but it is expected that there will be beginners in the class so it will always go over the basics of each pose.
