The beginning of a new cycle of the moon is a naturally reflective time. We come together in a group to celebrate this time, practice yoga, set intentions for the month to come, and get in touch with the energy of the season.

This month the new moon rises in Virgo. Virgo is grounded, practical earth energy - perfect for setting intentions around healthy habits to keep our wellbeing (both physical and emotional) a priority as we move into autumn. We will explore what we need to feel at our best in mind and body and create a plan for the coming lunar cycle with ourselves as priority. The Virgo New Moon will help us move towards the turning of the season and the darker months feeling refreshed, renewed and energised.

Join us to create your Autumn intentions.
