In Kids Aerial Yoga fantasy becomes a reality by using our Aerial hammocks. The hammocks help us feel weightless, they let us fly and give your kids a chance to use all their creative energy.

There are many benefits to Aerial Yoga. We work on motor skills and balance, develop body awareness. Through play we work on building strength while we also work on our social skills.

Each class starts with a little bit of mindfulness and we end with a yummy relaxation the hammocks.

There will always be attention to the mental wellbeing of each child as well. Lastly, not to be forgotten: Aerial Yoga is FUN!

Make sure that the kids wear zipper and button free clothing to help keep our hammocks safe. Refrain from eating and drinking 1 hour from the start of class!

What is Yin Yoga?

In Yin Yoga we move at a slower pace, holding poses for up to five minutes. Instead of heating up, we relax the muscles as much as possible. In these passive poses we can work the deeper connective tissues – tendons, ligaments and fascia.

You are the Yin to my Yang <3

Yin completes a more heating yang practice, such as Vinyasa yoga, running or weight exercise. In Yin we slow things down and turn inward. A wonderful antidote in today‘s fast-paced world.

In the Hatha Yoga practice the focus is on loosening and strengthening the body. It is a static practice, rather than a flowing one, and there is always time for relaxation between different postures.

Regulating the breath plays an important role in the practice in order to stabilize it. The Hatha Yoga practice will calm down and quiet your mind. After the practice you will feel peaceful, open and strong.

It is a mild practice so it is a great style for people who are new to yoga or students who prefer a more relaxed style.

In our Prenatal Aerial classes the hammock (sling) will be used to remove pressure from certain areas of the body, release tension, and build strength and flexibility to prepare for labor.

Changing of your body and upcoming needs will be discussed in-between exercises, while being appropriately gentle and safe for you and your baby.

For prenatal use, our hammocks are just another tool preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. No difficult or acrobatic poses should be expected like we would use the slings generally in a typical aerial yoga class.

You will practice to:
- Listen to your body, staying true to you in every moment
- Being present
- Being kind to yourself, and take deep breaths.

Added bonus: some guided meditation and savasana in the hammock, letting the sensation of weightlessness melt away your tension.

You will leave feeling like you truly worked your body, yet in a safe, conscious and effective manner.

No previous experience practicing Yoga or Pilates is required. Al stages of pregnancy are welcome.

With the days shortening, nature withdrawing after a season of abundant bloom and the leaves changing color, there comes a need to be still and reflect. In Traditional Chinese Medicine fall season is represented by the metal element; a time for withdrawing, reflecting, change and letting go.

As the warmth of summer makes room for changes in the weather, we feel these changes in ourselves too.
Especially during fall, we like to withdraw and cocoon, resting and relaxing like the trees and the rest of nature. But unlike nature, fall is also the season where our daily lives get more hectic again. With schools, work and different courses starting; we often find ourselves rushing from one place to the other; not giving ourselves the chance to adjust to the season and follow our own natural rhythm.

During this Aerial Yin Yoga workshop we will combine the gentle and soft introspective postures of Yin with the feeling of floating and withdrawing inside our own little cocoon of the Aerial Hammock.

No experience with either the Hammock or Yin yoga is needed. There will be no acrobatics or complicated postures involved. The Hammock will help you discover more depth in your Yin yoga poses, creating a whole new experience of gentle stretch and letting go. It will leave you feeling relaxed, smiling and in sync with the wonder and elements of fall again.

De zwangerschap is een mooie en intense periode voor vrouwen, waarin veel fysieke en emotionele veranderingen plaatsvinden. We nodigen je uit om een reis naar binnen te maken tijdens één van onze urban yoga retraites.

Ons programma is bedoeld om je te helpen meer van je zwangerschap te genieten. Daarnaast biedt het je oefeningen en technieken om te ontspannen. Ook zul je leren om meer focus en balans te vinden door middel van de ademhaling waardoor je dieper in verbinding staat met jezelf en je kindje. Ons aanbod zal positief bijdragen aan jouw voorbereiding op een gezondere, bewustere en meer natuurlijke geboorte.

Tami is initiatiefnemer en eigenaar van Womanhood studio. Zij is van huis uit fysiotherapeut en doula. Zij biedt haar diensten aan via praktijk Doula-Li. Tami gelooft heilig in de kracht van de vrouw. Zij gunt iedere vrouw een positieve beval-ervaring, omdat het kindje dan de beste start krijgt die er is. Door de aanstaande moeder en partner te stimuleren om daar – zowel in het voortraject als tijdens de bevalling – een actieve rol in te nemen, hoopt zij haar doel te bereiken.


Melanie is een ervaren yogaleraar en een gecertificeerd birthlight zwangerschapsyogaleraar. Moederschap is een levens veranderende gebeurtenis en Melanie haar doel is om aanstaande moeders te ondersteunen tijdens deze bijzondere periode in hun leven. Door yoga wil Melanie zwangeren vrouwen helpen meer in contact te komen met hun eigen lichaam en hun kindje en hierdoor meer ontspanning te vinden.

Our program aims to help you enjoy your pregnancy even more, and offer you tools and techniques to calm the mind. You’ll also work on finding focus and balance through the breath, enhancing connection between mother and baby. Our services will contribute to your preparation for a healthy, mindful, and more natural childbirth.

She wants every woman to experience giving birth in the most positive (empowering) way, Not only providing the baby with the best possible start, but also caring for and supporting the mother throughout. By helping the mom-to-be to have an active part in both the months leading up to the birth as well as during the delivery itself, she strives to reach that goal.

Melanie is a experienced yoga teacher and a certified birthlight pregnancy yoga teacher. Motherhood is a life changing event and Melanie aims to support mothers to be during this transition. Through yoga, Melanie want to help expectant mothers to come more in contact with their own body and their baby, by finding relaxation.
