普拉提結合了運動的心靈練習和肌肉體能訓練，此課堂透過各式針對我們的臀部動作做訓練，有效改善臀型和提升緊緻度，趕走扁平下垂的臀部，塑造蜜桃臀。

流瑜伽包含不同的瑜伽式子連續轉換，是結合活力和動態的瑜伽課堂。課堂有助於全身排汗及燃燒卡路里，助您由動作與呼吸的結合，感受動作快慢節奏互相搭配，從而達到身體的協調，平靜心境及淨化身心。

利用輔助工具幫助舒緩肌肉痠痛及勞損，有助舒緩積累的疲憊。練習可增強脊椎的柔韌度及活化僵硬的關節及筋腱，舒緩常見的肩頸痛、腰背痛、關節僵硬等都市病。

手平衡是瑜伽練習中不可或缺的重要環節，也是邁向高階的必經之路。許多體式如烏鴉式（Crow Pose）、八角式（Eight Angle Pose）、草蜢式（Grasshopper Pose）都依賴手臂力量，而倒立更是手平衡的基礎功，絕對不能忽視。完成手平衡需結合手臂力量、核心穩定、呼吸與伸展。
課程將教授：

倒立同樣是進階練習的重要一環，需核心力量與穩定技巧。

導師會因應程度調整教學，適合已有瑜伽基礎並希望循序進步的學員，幫助你在手平衡與倒立練習中更上一層樓。

Hand balances are an essential part of yoga practice and a key step toward advanced poses. Many postures, such as Crow Pose, Eight Angle Pose, and Grasshopper Pose, rely on arm strength, while inversions form the foundation for mastering hand balances and should not be overlooked. Achieving hand balances requires arm strength, core stability, proper breathing, and flexibility.
This class will focus on:

> Fundamental techniques for hand balances
> How to engage different muscle groups
> Progressive practice of various hand balance poses

Beyond improving your skills, hand balance training also helps sculpt lean, defined arms. Inversions are equally important for advancing your yoga practice, requiring core strength, breath control, and stability.
The class will cover:

> Basic principles of inversions
> Muscle engagement and strength building
> Guided steps to safely enter inversion poses

The instructor will tailor the content to individual needs, making it suitable for students with a yoga foundation who wish to progress gradually and deepen their practice in hand balances and inversions.

配合情人節主題，導師會細心解釋每個基本式子，會利用懸垂的絹布，藉助地心引力與布的螺旋力，使平時難以完成的瑜伽動作變得較輕鬆，幫助學員建立對練習空中瑜伽的信心和習慣。提升身體的協調感與肌力。 配合呼吸以改善體態的不平衡，令身體獲得深層的舒展與釋放緊繃壓力。
